Scumbags was created in Los Angeles in 2008 by Munir. Born and raised in Los Angeles I grew up skateboarding and being under the influence every day. This clothing brand represents what I grew up seeing. Growing up middle-class, my parents couldn't afford all the popular brands at the time. That's why I don't overprice my pieces, as I couldn't afford the things I wanted to wear as a kid. I don't want you to have the same problem with purchasing pieces from my brand.
